During this practical session participants will be introduced to the principles of this dynamic and exciting work - Destructuring, Restructuring, Play and Presence. Destructuring involves inducing muscular release through a sequence of poses and Restructuring the channelling of this release into voice work.
The workshop is suitable for anybody who is interested in the somatic-vocal relationship and in expanding their voice. It is not necessary that you are a singer, actor or professional speaker - just that you are curious!
The workshop will be taught by Associate Teacher of Fitzmaurice Cathryn Robson.
